New cupping lines by HEILBRONN Container Presses
HEILBRONN Container Presses, Germany has sold two complete cupping lines to NDH Group LLC, Dubai for an ongoing project in the Middle East.
HEILBRONN Container Presses, Germany has sold two complete cupping lines to NDH Group LLC, Dubai for an ongoing project in the Middle East. „Our client is investing in a new can plant in the Middle East in order to expand his business in this area. NDH has placed an international call for tender for all needed equipment and had extensive talks to selected suppliers such as HEILBRONN Container Presses“ so Paul Scott from NDH, Dubai.
„Both cupping lines are for 150ml, 250ml and 330ml aluminium beverage cans. Each HEILBRONN line consist of a coil downender including coil car, a 1.300 kN dual arm decoiler, feeder, minimum lube spraying system as well as a high volume double action cupping press. The cupper is designed as a wide bed container press and can handle toolings up to 15-out. This allows for a line output of 2200 cups per minute“ so Jens Mezger, CEO of HEILBRONN Container Presses. „With these lines HEILBRONN Container will be able to bring innovation to the clients benefit into the packaging industry by using new technologies for cupper and lubrication system. And with the new lines, HEILBRONN will now be able to offer the matching equipment for all kinds of cup production“, says Mezger.
