HEILBRONN Group Acquires Manufacturer of Mechanical Presses
Following its´ success on the market with HEILBRONN Container Presses and HEILBRONN Service, the HEILBRONN Group has acquired HEILBRONN Pressen GmbH, a well-known manufacturer of mechanical presses and complete stamping lines for the sheet metal forming industry worldwide. HEILBRONN Container Presses Ltd., located in Heilbronn, Germany and Gasbarre Products, Inc, located in DuBois, Pennsylvania, USA have entered into a partnership to build and service the HEILBRONN line of container presses for the US and Canada regions.
